Sweet Potato Overnight Oats
Ingredients (1 serving):
½ cup Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
¼ cup pumpkin purée
¼ tsp Almond Extract
1tbs Maple Syrup
1 cup Plant Milk
Garnish: 1 Tbs Chopped Pecans
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or container.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give it a stir and top with pecans
