Apple Cinnamon Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Plant-Milk
  • 1 medium Apple, chopped
  • 1-1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into dish.
  3. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
  4. Let cool slightly, then enjoy!
